MLM practices in Bangladesh:

Over view about MLM: First of all there should be in mind what is MLM? Literally we call it Multi Level Marketing. Multi mean more than two, level means participation of all level, either literate or illiterate, moneyman or money less man etc. Marketing means a product that should have market value, demand and consumption of that product. There should have background about MLM. Theoretically we know that a company that has own factory, own consumers, that consumers should consume that products. Products should be unique and recycling. There should not be any middleman services for marketing those products. But in practices of MLM in Bangladesh, what is happening that I want to share with you. There are more that 50 MLM companies have been working in Bangladesh since long. But except one or two no one is successful in Bangladesh. What is the reason behind on it? Why mass peoples are still away from MLM concept? We know that Bangladesh is the fertile country and it has the powerful resources, which is manpower. Over 15 crors of population are the residence of Bangladesh. Bangladesh is in 8th position in the world for over populated country. And that’s why most of the foreign countries have enrolled Bangladesh with the concept of MLM. In Bangladesh govt. still, there is lake of TOR for enrollment of MLM. Bangladesh Govt. has no control and any kin observation on MLM companies, what they are doing? AS a result MLM companies loosing mass people participation. Those who are working on MLM companies, they also using their fake name. In the social environment, those who have no any education, no any jobs or any business, that means those who are the hopeless, still they are the dominant in MLM. As a result mass people participation is less in MLM in Bangladesh. By definition, MLM concept is good for all. Any one can carry this MLM, in his or her life. More over some MLM companies are de- motivating peoples. Even some of the companies are still existence in Bangladesh as claiming them dominant or powerful. In practical, they don’t have any own products and they have borrowed some products from other companies. Through the practices of MLM, they are earning more and more. As a result, general peoples hate MLM in Bangladesh.
